When I’m riding BART, I’m usually killing time by sketching people I see on the train. I don’t often post these because they’re generally not super exciting, but I think I should get a more regular update schedule going. It’s just a good way to keep the content of this site fresh. Enoy!

So… I’ve been doing a communal blog with a friend of mine, Ryan Connolly. The site is called Doodleheadz, and the premise is that we both draw images that’re based off a common theme. We update about once a week (God willing), and have some cool stuff up there that I haven’t posted on this site. You should totally check it out. Hey guys!

I should’ve posted this a few days ago, but I’ve been trying to keep it a secret until after Christmas (or at least as secret as a nationally published comic book can be).
I’VE BEEN PUBLISHED!
I have about 20 pages of comics in the Li’l Depressed Boy Volume 0: Lonely Heart Blues trade. The powers that be tell me that if enough people buy copies, I’ll (eventually) get moneys! So, go out, buy three copies, burn two of them, then go out and buy two more copies to replace the two you burned!

And yet another digital painting. This one is for the cover of my buddy Aaron’s anthology. I’ll get you all details on how/where to get it once it’s out. The best part about putting this piece together is that I made a brush for photoshop that basically stamps out those little T-rexes you see on the sheet. Yes, I know you’re jealous because I now have a dinosaur brush!

End of a Brutal Semester

Yup, sorry I haven’t updated in awhile. The workload for summer semester was brutal, but I got a ton of work done. Here was the final projects I did for my Advanced Perspective Class. This is the same robot character I’m using for my final thesis in digital painting form. I got seven of them here, so there’s a little bit of stuff to pick through.
